Jordan's Collection of Recipes - Fluffy Ruffles

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cup sugar or syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon gelatine
1 cup of boiling water

Directions

The unbeaten whites of 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar or syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon gelatine dissolved in cup of boiling water.
Put all together in bowl and beat with eggbeater till thick; put in mold and when served, cover with whipped cream.
